Since around the mid-20th century, some people have sensed that the rapid development of information technology would fundamentally change our society. And that is exactly what\u2019s happening. Its consequences are all around us.\n\nAt AI for Children, we see some of the negative consequences (especially in education) as the growing inability to communicate across generations, a decline in children\u2019s motivation, and the overload faced by teachers and other adults.\n\nAll of these challenges can be addressed. We need to name them and open up a respectful dialogue between children and adults to find a shared path forward\u2014one that helps us make technology work in service of human well-being.\n\nThis calm and thoughtful conversation must be led by people\u2014teachers and parents\u2014who understand the complex, technology-driven world we live in. Our 43 educational resources cover all elementary school subjects (except physical education), include media literacy, and offer several project-based learning guides. Out of these, 24 materials are also designed for secondary schools.<\/p>
